DELIVERY We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days for metro areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. 

 

REST OF THE WORLD Our website ships to New Zealand addresses only. If you would like to ship to an address outside of New Zealand, please contact us directly at hello@borneobags.com and we would be happy to arrange. 

 

REFUNDS POLICY We want to ensure you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and size. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. The return of all items is the responsibility of the customer and only tracked items will be accepted. Please retain tracking information until your return has been processed and email hello@borneobags.com. NOTE: Your refund/exchange will be issued within 5 business days after we receive your return package.
